The Times provides a full and ongoing account of life in the Packers Bend community and the history of Monroe Senior High School and MIS. Student staffers have served on a panel with young people from other PRCNN papers to describe their experiences as citizen journalists. So, The Packers Bend Times is a unifying publication – a fine publication.
